1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pvipp ("pvipp", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pvipp online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at pvipp.com and its associated sub-pages, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the pvipp Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the pvipp Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pvipp operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on pvipp or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not using the Platform under duress or compulsion.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on pvipp — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pvipp. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited. pvipp uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pvipp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pvipp will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pvipp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pvipp will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. 3.4 KYC Verification

pvipp applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pvipp supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on pvipp:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• pvipp does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may charge their own standard transfer fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used for the corresponding deposit, subject to pvipp's withdrawal routing rules.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times via bKash and Nagad are typically within a few hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on volume, verification status, and payment provider timelines.
• pvipp reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time in specific cases.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pvipp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.

• Abuse & Exploitation: pvipp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a promotion, used bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to coordinated play, irregular betting patterns, or account manipulation.
• Seasonal Promotions: Promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL season will carry their own specific terms and validity windows as published at the time of the promotion.

pvipp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes to terms, except where required to prevent fraud or abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

pvipp offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pvipp — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in circumstances where pvipp exercises its right to void bets (see below). In-play bet acceptance is subject to brief delay and pvipp's trading team reserves the right to reject late bets at its discretion.

pvipp reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of: match fixing, corrupted data feeds, obvious pricing errors, or any other circumstance that materially compromises the integrity of the market. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the player's account balance.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, including live tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, are governed by the rules of the individual game as supplied by the provider. pvipp does not alter game mechanics or payout structures. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. Winnings from completed rounds are not affected by subsequent technical issues.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games on pvipp, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographically verifiable seed generated prior to the round commencing. Players may independently verify round outcomes using the verification tool provided within the game interface. pvipp does not interfere with crash game outcomes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on pvipp. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may be adjusted by pvipp at its discretion. pvipp reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits where it identifies unusual betting patterns, pending account review, or in the interest of responsible gaming compliance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pvipp and constitute a material breach of these Terms. pvipp employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct, and will act decisively where violations are identified:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in any way not sanctioned by pvipp.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any coordinated scheme designed to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — players who identify such issues are required to report them to [email protected] rather than exploiting them.
• Laundering money or using pvipp for any financial transaction that constitutes or facilitates criminal activity.
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated multi-account play, artificial wagering patterns designed to meet bonus conditions without genuine play, or any other form of bonus exploitation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pvipp staff, other players, or any individual associated with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pvipp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under pvipp's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in pvipp's dormant account policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their pvipp account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements being met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the pvipp Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. pvipp will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across all Platform services. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. pvipp will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormant account policy. Dormant account fees or balance forfeiture rules, where applicable, will be communicated clearly in advance and will not be applied without reasonable prior notification.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and pvipp, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pvipp's customer support team at [email protected]. pvipp aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, further escalation options will be communicated to the player at that stage.

pvipp makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
